Visibility Strategy Session

Visibility Team is one of four strategy sessions that will help distill existing policy, ongoing engagement, and high level discussion into a set of policy proposals. Those policies will then be bolstered by action steps devised by the KC Spirit Playbook planning staff.

For these purposes, Visibility can best be described as the elements of our city that exist in plain sight and contribute to the desirability of our community. These are the environments we collectively own and program, places that provide opportunities for recreation, our cultural assets, and the physical character of development.

Topics covered by Visibility Team include:

  • Urban Design
  • The Public Realm
  • Parks & Open Space
  • Historic Preservation
  • Arts & Cultural Assets
